The Role
You will own the product direction for Toka. That means understanding what clients and operations teams need, translating that into clear requirements, and working with engineering to deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and prioritization.
- Talk to clients and internal teams to surface the right problems to solve.
- Write clear specs that engineers can build from without constant clarification.
- Define success metrics and track them.
Requirements
- At least four years of product management experience, with some in a lead role.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or operations-heavy products.
- Strong written communication. You can explain a tradeoff in two sentences.
- Data-informed but not data-paralysed. You can make a call with incomplete information.
