The Role
Specialist quality is the product. You will own how we find, assess, and onboard VAs. The bar is high: we accept a small share of applicants and we tell people why when we do not.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end specialist sourcing and assessment process.
- Develop and maintain assessment standards for each domain we serve.
- Build pipelines of qualified specialists ahead of client demand.
- Manage the team recruiting process for internal hires.
Requirements
- At least three years of talent or recruitment experience, ideally with remote workers or contractors.
- Strong assessment instincts. You can tell the difference between someone who sounds good and someone who delivers.
- Organised and rigorous. You document assessments and track decisions.
- Experience in a services or outsourcing business is preferred.
