The Role
You will own the delivery side of our managed VA service. That means overseeing specialist onboarding, process documentation, quality checks, and coverage when someone is away.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of active client engagements.
- Own onboarding and documentation for new specialists.
- Run quality sampling on deliveries before they go to clients.
- Handle escalations and coverage when a specialist is unavailable.
Requirements
- At least three years of operations or delivery management experience.
- Experience managing remote workers or virtual assistants.
- Process-oriented. You document things and keep documentation current.
- Calm under pressure. Escalations happen and you handle them without drama.
